IV Therapy

IV Hydration is a low-risk procedure of administering vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream. This method ensures close to 100% absorbtion and bioavailability.

Safety is always at the forefront of what we do and we strive to be the best in the industry. Our formulas are administered by a medical professional who has the appropriate training and experience in IV therapy.

We recommend that you make an appointment via our website. We can accommodate walk-ins but sometimes we can get busy.

Since treatments are reserved especially for you, please make any cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment. Some appointments require a 50% or 100% non-refundable deposit. To reschedule or cancel the appointment, you must notify us via email or by calling the spa (322-118-6136) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Social Media messages are not accepted. If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, you forfeit the deposit. Group bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours from group event to receive a refund.

Most individuals are good candidates for treatment, but there are a few exceptions. Individuals under 18 do not qualify. Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding are still eligible, but some medications and vitmains may be off-limits.

Our IV Therapy appointments usually last anywhere between 30 to 60 minutes. Booster Shots take less than 5 minutes to administer.

YES! If you live or staying in the Puerto Vallarta area, we are happy to come to you. (Currently serving Zona Romantica, Amapas, Conchas Chinas, 5 De Diciembre, Fluvial, Diaz Ordaz neighborhoods) We always do our best to get to you as fast possible. Depending on the time of day, we typically can get to you within 45 min of your order. We always recommend scheduling in advance, but when the unexpected happens, we will be there in no time to save the day!

Most guests choose to leave 15-20% gratuity for IV treatments, but it’s entirely up to you. Though cash gratuity is preferred, it can easily be added to your credit card at the end of the service. If you have any additional questions regarding gratuity, please don’t hesitate to ask our spa concierge for guidance.

Absolutely, just give us a call or message us via WhatsApp (52) 322-118-6136 and we will customize a spa party for you and all of your friends. Pricing and scheduling is based on availability and we may require a security deposit prior to confirming the appointment.

Make-up generally shouldn’t cause any problems post-treatment, unless you’ve had an ablative or non-ablative peel, PRP or Microneedling. In those instances we advise to be makeup-free for the first 24-72 hours. Dr Valeria will guide you in making that decision. Otherwise, make-up as you wish.

Please notify us upon making your appointment and be sure to also communicate with your massage therapist or technician prior to treatment, if you have any medical conditions he or she should know about. We will happily accommodate the treatment(s) to meet your needs. And as always, if you have any health questions or concerns about a spa treatment, please consult with your physician prior to your appointment.

Our facial and massage appointments usually last between 45 to 90 minutes. Laser treatment times will depend on the area treated. Please consult our spa concierge at the time of booking your appointment.
